Initial Registration for Producers (one-time)

At this point you have not yet filled out and sent in the master data sheet for your company, nor have you submitted a product for evaluation. You must register before you can submit products for evaluation. To do so, please take the following steps:

1. Fill out, print and electronically submit master data sheet.
2. Fill out, print and sign the contract.
3. Mail the signed, printed copy of the master data sheet and two copies of the signed contract to FiBL German.
4. Note the scale of fees.

As soon as we receive the electronically submitted, completed master data sheet, we will send you a client number for your company.

Please note: Do not fill out the product submission forms until you have received your client number.

Scale of Fees

There are fees for the evaluation of additives, processing aids and technological ingredients for inclusion in the FiBL List of Products for Organic Processing for the organic food industry in Germany. Please note the Scale of Fees.
